George Royce

I am Vice President of Enterprise Architecture and Security at Mutual Of Omaha. In addition, I also teach information technology and business classes at the University of Nebraska at Omaha and Creighton University.  I teach classes in Managing Distributed Systems, Systems Integration, Business Process Management (BPM) and Innovation and Emerging Technologies.  In these classes I also teach how to manage projects associated with these topics and have been a project management professional (PMP) for many years. 

Topics of interest to me include:

• How to implement Service Oriented Architecture in large companies.
• The impact of Business Process Management in companies.
• How to effectively implement Lean Six Sigma in service organizations
• Project Management and Change Management.
• How to manage the adoption of emerging technologies in companies.
